JEWELRY WITH TRANSPARENCY, TRACEABILITY + CIRCULARITY

OUR SUSTAINABILITY PHILOSOPHIES

100% sustainable jewelry doesn't exist and know that. We're taking an honest
approach to our sustainability journey and refuse to greenwash. Paying to
offset our carbon emissions is not good enough when the planet is in crisis.
That's why our next step is to understand how we can actively reduce our emissions.

OUR PLEDGE IS TO BECOME A CLIMATE-ACTIVE COMPANY THAT WORKS TO REDUCE OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT. WE KNOW WE'RE NOT THERE YET, BUT THIS HAS BEEN OUR JOURNEY SO FAR:

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS

We've always been committed to using recycled metals, recyclable packaging, and responsibly sourced materials in as much of our production as possible. This is an ongoing mission for us. Each of our seven factories is certified by the Responsible Jewelry Council, meaning they have an obligation to source only the most sustainable materials.

ALL OUR GOLD VERMEIL, STERLING SILVER, AND SOLID GOLD JEWELRY IS HANDCRAFTED FORM100% RECYCLED METALS.

Traceability

Our Glossary of Materials and soon-to-be-launched Tier-2 Supplier Overview, provide in-depth detail about
material compositions and life cycles leaving little to the imagination. We’ve got nothing to hide.

Our materials are as qualified as they are inspired. From base metals to gemstones, our collections are sourced to respect the environment and accentuate your style without
overextending your budget. We incorporate recycled materials whenever possible, balancing performance and longevity — because pieces that last are good for the environment.

 But we’re not stopping there.
We’re exploring new ways to increase the percentage of recycled, reclaimed and upcycled materials in coming quarters. And we’ll be extending our lab-grown
diamonds line and introducing new sustainable materials for more exciting designs to come!

OUR PRODUCT JOURNEY

OurDesign Philosophy

Our design philosophy was thoughtfully crafted by our in-house team of designers and is constantly developing to meet the moment. We create intuitively, thoughtfully, responsibly, and inclusively. Our planet-friendly pieces are made for all sizes, gender expressions, and styles–always.

Sustainability is at the foundation of our design process. We craft unique pieces from responsible, innovative, and recycled materials wherever possible.

We’re committed to continuing to explore emerging sustainable methods and practices. It’s essential that our pieces earnestly serve all people and our planet.

LONGEVITY& CIRCULARITY

Our
products are built to last. This inherent longevity not only provides our consumers with more value but also helps increase circularity by reducing waste.

But truecircularity in our industry entails more than durable products.

Here’show we've gone a step further over the past few years:

Recycling Product

Bringing returned or defective products to large-scale recyclers to minimize waste in our operations

Reducing Single-Use Plastics

Collecting what was once waste and shipping it to our specialized recycling partners through our Poly Bag Recycling Program

Code of Conduct

Revising our Code of Conduct to cover even more pressing concerns around international labor

REDUCINGOUR EMISSIONS

As a company, we’re moving from reactive to proactive, teaming up with third-party consultants to identify key areas of opportunity and executing accordingly.

Typically,as a business grows, so does its greenhouse gas (GHG) footprint. We’ve set out to defy that pattern.

Byincreasing the amount of recycled gold and silver we use, we’ve reduced our carbon intensity*—even considering significant revenue growth.

As part of our ongoing journey towards carbon neutrality, we will replace carbon offsets by prioritizing purchasing clean energy and renewable energy credits
(RECs).
